This Winter Jasmine 1 gallon is a deciduous shrub. It is know for its bright yellow, star-shaped flowers that bloom in late winter to early spring before the leaves. It is a sprawling vining plant that can be used for growing on a trellis, ground cover, or allowed to cascade over a wall/fence. It grows best in full sun to partial shade. Flowering will be reduced in heavy shade. Once established it is drought tolerant and very cold hardy that can withstand very cold temperatures. It can grow to 3-4 ft high and 4-7 ft wide or trained to climb 10-15 ft high. The branches will root where they touch ground. It will come in a black 1 gallon pot. For best results use a slow release fertilizer using the amount indicated on the fertilize package.
